9 Achievements of Ambrose Dery in 1 Month

 

✅The on-going road construction in the constituency is giving NANDOM a new look. The urban road project is connecting communities and opening up the constituency.

✅As part of Hon. Ambrose Dery agenda in empowering his people, he has lobbied contracts for One district, one factory and one village, one dam to be awarded to constituents.

✅A total of 160 qualified applicants have been duly appointed and posted by the Ghana Education Service through his lobbying prowess. This is unprecedented and a demonstration of our MP’s commitment towards human empowerment.

✅ Just last week, through the relentless effort of Ambrose Dery(MP). Four (4) qualified constituents from the following communities :Bu(1), Zongo(1),Goziir(1) and Kokoligu(1) were given appointment letters by the Local Government. That notwithstanding, he is still lobbying for more to be appointed.

✅Mr. Dery has financially facilitated the training of health personnel at the Nandom Hospital to enable them operate a cervical cancer machine he donated during the Easter holidays. A team of specialists from Akomfo Anokye Teaching Hospital provided the training last week.

✅There is currently an on-going vacation classes organized by the MP in all zones within the district for Primary/JHS students. Other interventions that would adequately prepare the BECE candidates for their exams are underway.

✅The MP has made provisions to transport an 18 member team of Health specialist based in UK from Accra to Nandom for a health screening clinic this week.The team would include: Surgeons, anaesthetists and theatre staff.

✅Hon. Ambrose Dery in his attempt to prioritize the youth in the development of the constituency, has found it prudent to support the activities of NANSU in the tertiary institutions. NANSU-LEGON , NANSU-UCC and UWESU-WINNEBA are beneficiaries of his immense support this month. His vision is to take NANSU back to its glory days.

✅Mr. Dery is also delivering on his women empowerment campaign. This month, women groups in Bezum, Matange and other communities are being trained in soap making. The results are phenomenal and the women are exceedingly grateful.

The Member of Parliament for Nandom Constituency and Minister of the interior is grateful to all those supporting government efforts and #NANDOMTODAY agenda in developing the constituency. He is resolute in making a difference with the leadership his people have entrusted him.
