Damongo, Ghana – The NPP Chairman for Damongo, Hon Nana Kwame Aboagye has tasked the youth not to trust politicians.
Speaking at the launch of Yagbon Youth Association,a youth group in the Yagbonkura residential area, a suburb of Damongo, Chairman Kwame Aboagye advised the youth not to rely on politicians since they are there to use and dump them.
He tasked the youth to put policians on their toes since the era of maggie politics are over. He said the best time politicians remembers them is during politics and time of campaigns when in actual sense they lack many amenities in their places of aboad.
“Beware of we politicians, we are like tractors and you are like the plough. We will only use you in the rainy season and dump you, but you can also be tractors and use us as ploughs if you the youth are careful with we the politicians so make us the ploughs”, he said.
The NPP Chairman also said unemployment is another big canker facing the youth of today which the politicians careless about.
