Tamale Resident Commends NPP Youth Wing For Holding Confab; Says ‘Potholes in My Area Patched, My Polytank Full After Two Months Without Water’

Tamale, Ghana – The Youth Wing of the ruling New Patriotic Party (NPP) is holding a mammoth conference this weekend starting today at Tamale in the Northern Region.

As a national conference, many members and supporters of the party will be attending notable amongst them being Vice President of the Republic, Alhaji Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia, National Youth Organiser, National Organiser, General Secretary, National Chairman, Regional and Constituency Executives, Metropolitan, Municipal and District Chief Executives among others.

But for the upcoming conference of the NPP Youth Wing, some parts of the Tamale Metropolis and its adjoining communities would have still been without potable water and probably stable electricity supply.

But few days to the start of the conference, erratic water supply to many parts of the city have normalised as places which used to get water after every two or three months are now rejoicing.

Potholes on roads have been patched up to enable visiting politicians enjoy their stay Tamale.

One happy resident who could not hide her joy is Ms Amel Nancy Dery. She wrote the following on her Facebook page a while ago:
