2020 Polls: ‘I’m Grateful to All Nandom People Who Registered to Vote in December’

Nandom, Ghana – The parliamentary candidate for the Nandom constituency in the Upper West Region, Dr Richard Kuuire, has expressed his profound gratitude to all natives and residents of Nandom who took part in the just ended voter registration exercise conducted by the the electoral commission of Ghana.

According to Dr Kuuire, the active participation of the people of Nandom in the registration exercise is a testament that the development of the area is a priority to all of them and that they are ready to decide the leadership and path of development of once again through the ballot box come December 7th 2020.

Below is a statement he issued today:

DR RICHARD KUUIRE IS GRATEFUL TO ALL

It is with profound gratitude that I wish to celebrate all Nandome for the massive demonstration of civic responsibility in the just ended voters registration exercise conducted by the Electoral Commission of Ghana.

We have proven once again that the development of Nandom is a priority for all of us and that we are ready to decide the leadership and path of development, once again, through the ballot box come 7th December,2020.

The numbers are remarkable and I can only thank all of you for your participation and support throughout the 38 days of the entire exercise.

I am particularly indebted to the party executives and many party faithfuls and sympathizers who contributed in diverse ways in making the exercise such a huge success. And for the many Nandome who travelled from far and near to have their names in the register in Nandom, I can only pray that all that you have expended will be replenished in many fold.

It is expected, however, that the EC will soon announce for transfer of votes with the modalities ahead of the coming general elections. I want to take this opportunity to encourage as many of us who registered outside of Nandom to take advantage and transfer your votes to Nandom Constituency to ensure a massive victory for the NDC in Nandom come December 7th.

Fellow Nandome, as I thank you as a big stakeholder in the upcoming elections , let me also encourage all of us to turn up, once again , in our numbers come 7th December and make a resounding change for an inclusive agenda of development and prosperity for all Nandome and not just a selected few.
Thank you once again and God be with us all.

…. signed ….
