Mrs Felicia Tettey was born on 04 June, 1984 at the Kamina Barracks in Tamale the Northern Regional capital to WO2 Konaah Louis and Mrs Uncilla Konaah.
Education
She attended the Northern School of Business in Tamale, and proceeded to the Tamale Polytechnic where she obtained HND in Management.
She continued her studies at the Valley Veiw University College at Oyibi in Accra and obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Management.
Madam Felicia Tettey also holds an MBA from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology in Kumasi.
In her determination to be a diverse and versatile person, she enrolled for an MA in International Relations at Wisconson University College, Accra and almost done with the programme.
Felicia Tettey also holds a certificate in Women in Management from GIMPA and also a certificate in front line and Teller Excellence from the Ghana Bankers College.
Work Experience
In 2009 Felicia Tettey worked at the Stanbic Bank Ghana (Tamale Branch) as a Teller and in various other portfolios.
She later resigned and set up her own businesses in Tamale.
She became CEO of the Tacorabama group of companies comprising of a Restaurant and Fashion House in Tamale.
She is also the Deputy Managing Director of , Radio Justice and Holy FM.
She is in charge of operations and has been instrumental in the success of the stations in terms of programmes and listernership.
In 2017, she was appointed Regional Coordinator of the Ghana School Feeding Programme, with responsibility for the Northern Region which consisted of the current Northern Region, Savannah and the North East Region.
She oversees the operations of the programme in 923 schools and supervises 923 caterers and 1846 cooks.
With the creation of new regions from the Northern Region she remains in charge of the current Northern Region.
Political Experience
Felicia Tettey went into active politics and was In 2017, elected as the NPP Regional 2nd Vice Chairperson for the Norttern Region. A position she held competently and effectively till date.
She contested and won the NPP Parliamentary primaries in the Sagnarigu Constituency and thus was the NPP Parliamentary Candidate for the Sagnarigu Constituency in the 2020 elections.
Her performance was very impressive as she for the first time won at 45 Polling Stations and also increased the Presidential votes to a percentage unprecedented in the political history of the Sagnarigu constituency.
Mrs Felicia Tettey is married with three children.
